President's Update

Dear Member

I have been asked by Christine Murray, South West Delivery Director for HMCTS to update you regarding their plans to reopen the closed HMCTS sites:

Dear All

Please forgive the informal nature of this approach. However, I am keen to update on HMCTS plans. I attach the current timetable of HMCTS sites due to open between now and 3 July.

Please note that the proposed timetable for reopening will inevitably change as we continue to rigorously assess our buildings and ensure they adhere to the latest public health guidance. I wanted to make you aware of this planned schedule, though, to support the essential operational planning of both you and your members.

This proposed schedule is subject to operational change and remains dependent on each site being assessed as safe to reopen before it can do so. I will keep you updated as regularly as I can on changes to the timetable as it evolves.

Local teams will, of course, continue to keep affected court users informed as plans for reopening sites develop and cases are listed into them.

Regards

Christine Murray
