One of the biggest events of the year for Plymouth Law Society is the Mayflower Lecture (formerly known as the Pilgrim Fathers lecture), commemorating the voyage of the Mayflower in 1620, this event has been a key event in the Plymouth legal calendar since 1994 where Lord Bingham began the tradition.

This year the lecture will be carried out by Sir Andrew McFarlane who has appeared at all levels of the court and was appointed as a QC in 1998.

Mark the date in your diaries now for this years Mayflower Lecture which will take place on Thursday 9th November from 6pm in the Lecture Theatre of the Roland Levinsky Building at the University of Plymouth.
