Commercial Property Senior Associate Solicitor – Paddle & Cocks
Paddle & Cocks are looking for a Senior Associate for our Commercial Property Department with a view to becoming a fixed shared partner. The role will be a full time employed position with flexible working, in keeping with their set up and culture, which is a consultancy model, although it will be an employed role as indicated.
The successful candidate will be able to run a full caseload autonomously, but with support from the management team, will have good client contacts and be happy undertaking marketing and business development as well as being up to speed with the necessary compliance. There is almost a full case load of work, but the expectation is that the candidate will develop the further work of the department and manage the existing team.
