Commercial Property Senior Associate Solicitor – Paddle & Cocks
Paddle & Cocks are looking for a Senior Associate for our Commercial Property Department with a view to becoming a fixed shared partner. The role will be a full time employed position with flexible working, in keeping with their set up and culture, which is a consultancy model, although it will be an employed role as indicated.
The successful candidate will be able to run a full caseload autonomously, but with support from the management team, will have good client contacts and be happy undertaking marketing and business development as well as being up to speed with the necessary compliance. There is almost a full case load of work, but the expectation is that the candidate will develop the further work of the department and manage the existing team. Conveyancing Legal Assistant/Paralegal – Gard & Co
Gard and Co are seeking a legal assistant/paralegal to provide administrative support to lawyers in our conveyancing department.
The successful candidate will be joining a highly respected team of residential conveyancing lawyers working for a broad range of conveyancing clients, mainly from the Plymouth area. The work will include sales, purchases, leaseholds, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in all these areas of conveyancing work.
If the successful candidate is a law graduate, they will have the opportunity of joining our funded training programme leading to qualification as a solicitor.
